LINE & LABEL ACCEPTS RETURNS IN THE FORM OF:

  • Exchanges for other store merchandise.
  • Store credit.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Line & Label hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
  • No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • No exchanges, refunds or store credit on items damaged by user.
  • No exchanges or store credit for items after 15 days from purchase date.

STORE CREDIT

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.lineandlabel.com, or at our storefront.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit expires one year from date issued.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
