Returns & Exchanges
LINE & LABEL ACCEPTS RETURNS IN THE FORM OF:
- Exchanges for other store merchandise.
- Store credit.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Line & Label hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
- No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- No exchanges, refunds or store credit on items damaged by user.
- No exchanges or store credit for items after 15 days from purchase date.
STORE CREDIT
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.lineandlabel.com, or at our storefront.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit expires one year from date issued.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
